Assessment (BSA) service ensures your project has a strong foundation to build on.
Our BSA process begins with initial fact-gathering interviews with your business owners, project leaders and other decision makers. Together we develop high-level strategies to best achieve the desired results.

We then assemble a project team, initially composed of representatives from each business area involved. With this team, we examine the business issues for each area while individual involvement changes to accommodate the fluidity of the analysis process. The deliverable product of a Matrices BSA is a set of documents that completely describe the project outcomes and approach. Topics addressed include:
